Shipping policy
We offer free shipping to Canada, US, and China on orders over CAD$ 100.
For other countries and regions: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Information within Canada
Dr.Yu's Formula products offer FREE standard shipping on all merchandise across Canada. There may be unexpected delays, and we expect about 7 business days of delivery time on average. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. We will use Canada post for all shipping within Canada.

In-store pickup
You can also do free local pickup at our two clinics in Vancouver. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping to US and China.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dr.Yu's Formula is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to Other Countries and Regions
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for locations outside of Canada, US, or mainland China.
Shipping Cost during Checkout
During checkout, please make sure all the information is correct before purchase. You will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the conversion rate if you are ordering internationally. Make sure you have the proper shipping address to successfully receive your items. The billing address does not have to be same as the shipping address.
Shipment Processing
All orders ship between Monday and Friday (Business Days), 10 PM - 5 PM PT, excluding national holidays within Canada. If you place an order after 5 PM PT, your order will be proceeded the next business day.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at youandme@doctoryu.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, please look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Depending on the quantity you order, you may be required to provide a proof of identity or signature during pickup.
